1. Lesson Bookings and Scheduling

Scheduling: All lessons must be scheduled in advance via the contact form or direct communication.

Acceptance: I reserve the right to decline booking requests based on current availability, student goals, or suitability for my teaching style.

2. Payment Terms

Rates: All lesson fees will be clearly communicated to you before the first session begins.

Due Date: Full payment is due at or prior to the start of each scheduled lesson time.

Methods: Accepted payments include cash, bank transfers, and popular digital payment applications (e.g., Venmo/PayPal/ApplePay).

3. Session Cancellations & Makeups Policy

We completely understand that teenagers get sick, school events pop up, plans change and life throws things at us. To help us stay flexible and accommodating for everyone, we require 24 hours' notice if you or your teenager need to miss a scheduled lesson.

• With 24+ Hours Notice: We will gladly provide a makeup credit or coordinate an alternative lesson time within the current month.
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours) & No-Shows: Because that time has been explicitly set aside for your student and cannot be refilled on short notice, late cancellations will be billed at the full lesson rate. Thank you for respecting our instructors' prep time and dedication to your musical growth!

4. Lateness & Conduct

Late Arrivals: If a student arrives late, the lesson will conclude at its originally scheduled time to ensure fairness and respect for subsequent appointments.

Respectful Environment: I maintain a positive learning environment. I reserve the right to immediately terminate any session where inappropriate or disrespectful behavior occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials: All provided educational materials (worksheets, tabs, videos, etc.) are for your personal use only and may not be sold or publicly distributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Website Errors: This website is provided "as is." I am not liable for any technical downtime, glitches, or minor informational inaccuracies on the site.

7. Changes to These Terms

Updates: I reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in my business operations. Any updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
